A proud resident of Redmond, Oregon, with a strong legacy in the Northwest roofing community spanning over two decades. With a degree in Construction Management, Mike not only managed a successful roofing company in Walla Walla, Washington but has also become the innovative force behind Central Oregon Roofing as its Managing Partner.

Mike is not just a seasoned leader but a fair and trusted one. His commitment craftsmanship, technology and forward-thinking solutions has transformed the landscape of our roofing services. Isaiah has been on the COR Team since 2015 and has been a Central Oregonian for over 22 years. He enjoys connecting with customers and endeavors to understand and meet each customer’s roofing needs. He prides himself and COR in approaching every project with integrity and enjoys helping homeowners and businesses throughout the roofing process.

Shannon Smith

Commercial Project Administrator

Shannon has been part of our team since 2017 and has worked in construction both in the field and in the office for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and mind for organization is what makes her role integral in keeping our commercial projects on track from spec to completion.
